Two halves come together after over a year

The day I've been waiting for

The only other day I'm waiting for is when I can drive it!

The final result of a whole weekend of painting

Not too bad for about $60 worth of Rustoleum

And we are now green

Just moments before we go green

WooHoo I'm back!!

And after months and months of the hardest thing I've ever had to do with this Beetle and about six coats of paint later...

I can finally say - IT IS PAINTED - good enough for me!

Tomorrow I'll spray the green for that two tone effect.
